All Sales Final, No Returns or Exchanges Policy

  1. All Sales Final: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@urbanfilthstudios.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including

    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size or color chosen
    • Buyer's remorse
    • Fit issues
  4. Conditions for Returns (if applicable): If you are eligible for a return due to a damaged or defective item, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  5. Proof of Purchase: To complete a return for a damaged or defective item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  6. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
